A State Rep goes to shows*, runs demonstrations and talks to people over the phone about their experiences with our products and service.  They also take care of you when you have made your purchase by taking delivery of your mill, setting it up, and giving you half a day of free training - a great opportunity to learn all the tricks of the trade!

No State Representative in your area?
We are working hard to set them up in every state in Australia and the USA, so keep checking in for updated information. For those outside Australia and the USA, you may be in an area where we have an Agent (Agents work in a similar way State Reps do)find out here. Why does it work so well?
Having State Reps on board helps us to sell factory direct to the consumer while also providing excellent after sales support. New customers often enjoy dealing with people who are the end user, who have 'been there done that' and can provide valuable assistance to setting up a milling operation.
