A mill for tough conditions
The All Terrain Sawmill has been designed as the ideal entry-level mill to portable sawmilling. It meets our clients demand for an affordable mill that can handle the tough conditions of jungle, bush or forest.

The ATS uses a raised track system, allowing it to be assembled on nearly any terrain type. It makes milling valuable wood in hard to reach areas easy and profitable.

Milling made easy
The focus behind the ATS design is ease of use for the operator. Made of alloy and stainless steel, the ATS is lightweight, highly portable, robust and rust resistant. Even on rough terrain it can be set up in 15 - 30 minutes and the operator can easily cut 2-6 cube (850-2500 bft) per day.

Both vertical sizing winches to raise and lower the mill are at the operator’s end, to minimize walking. Additional crank handles allow you to adjust to log taper easily, meaning more efficient cutting and greater recovery from your log. The standard track system allows you to mill logs up to 20 feet/6 meters long, while still using the same winch to lower the complete length.	Click image to watch video

Easy Set-up

The ATS can be set up in around 15 - 30 minutes by yourself and around 10 - 20 minutes with two people. The mill is packed down in under 10 minutes.Click here to see how easy it is to load the mill on to the back of your ute/pick-up truck.

1. Set up the skids at the ends of the log.

2. Install the uprights and peg the diagonals into the ground.

3. Clip in the tracks and ensure they are parallel by looking down them at eye level.

4. Clip in the telescopic winding shaft.

5. Wheel the carriage to the tracks and install, then raise the tracks.

6. Remove the jockey wheels. The sawing process can now begin.
