We’re excited to announce that our annual demo days at our Rotorua factory will be returning in 2024, with the dates set for the 14th and 15th of June (Friday and Saturday of Mystery Creek Field Days).
There will be live demos of all our mills, with the opportunity to try them for yourself. Free accommodation will be offered for those traveling (T’s & C’s apply) at Aria’s Farm Bed and Breakfast for anyone interested.
We will have our most popular models on display and operating, along with an exclusive first look at some brand-new Peterson technology! This is your opportunity to check out the world’s smartest range of portable sawmills and accessories all in one place!
Our sawmill specialists will be here to demonstrate our leading swing blade and chainsaw slabber options and walk you through some valuable tips and tricks, discuss your set-up requirements and give you the best possible advice, along with a line-up of our durable sawmill accessories .
The timing couldn’t be better if you’re in the area for Field Days, our factory is only 1hr and a couple of turns from Mystery Creek. If you’re in the market or just thinking about buying or researching a portable sawmill, getting the opportunity to inspect our range of machines and visit our factory first hand is a chance not to miss.
A few bits of important info for those attending, especially those traveling from afar.
– Sawmill demonstrations will take place between 10:00am and 2:00pm on both days, so please aim to arrive during these times. The demonstrations will be the same on both days.
– We have a full team on deck along with some local legends with decades of experience to answer all your questions – so write them down! Bring us a list, we would love to help you make the most of the opportunity!
– Health and safety are paramount – Covered in shoes are a must. Hi-vis and hearing protection is strongly advised – if you have your own PPE, please bring it. We will have earplugs available on the day(s)
