2024 ASM 10″ – 37hp Vanguard
Automated sawmill 37HP, vanguard EFI-2 sawblades diamond wheel grinder. Has the wireless upgrade controller. Original owner bought new in September of 2024 has about 60 hours on it. The mill is in good working order and has been stored indoors.

2013 JP 6″ – 13.5HP B&S
This is a 2013 JP with the B&S 13.5hp engine without an hour meter. I am the second owner. It has been well maintained and will be handed over ready for use with new belts and an oil change. The fuel tank and clutch were replaced and the gearbox was fully serviced about two years ago but operated little since. The gearbox oil was changed about five operating hours ago. The new style horizontal lock handle was added last year along with a new emergency stop button.
Extras included are blade sharpener, manuals, 9’ track extensions, three blades (two just serviced by a saw doctor), all the tools needed for maintenance, and custom guardrail bunk rails as seen in the pics along with two sliding white oak bunk bases with sacrificial top bunks.
There is a gouge in the end of one of the tracks from a skidsteer fork but it does not affect operation at all and a small crack on the plastic engine cover as shown in pics.
